Canary 80.0.345 crashing shortly after launch
HotCakeX -- It's still crashing for me after updating to 19033, but it lasts a bit longer now. About 15 seconds, now. Still the exact same reason as before, to the exact same address in memory. I can confirm that crash logs are being sent off to Redmond, but seeing as it's Thanksgiving week, I don't expect any progress to be made on this until at least Monday morning.

This is what I did to move forward.
For me, this Edge crash was due to Canary Edge account syncing.
I couldn't disable sync because the crash would happen ~15 secs after 80.0.345 launch
So I disabled my Windows network connection, then disabled sync in 80.0.345
If wireless, you can simply turn off your wireless connection.
If wired:
Go to Control Panel->"View network status and tasks" (under "Network and Internet")
Click "Change adapter settings" on the left hand side
Right click on your connection and click "Disable"
Don't close this window, you'll need it to Enable the connection in a minute
Launch Canary Edge
type in edge://settings/profiles
click on Sync and turn off sync
make sure it saves (pretty sure it autosaves...)
perhaps one could exit Canary Edge at this point
Re-enable your network connection
if wired, right click on your connection again and click Enable
After your connection re-establishes, Canary Edge should not try to sync and therefore should not crash. At least for me...

only favorite syncing was the problem at that time.
