Can i Plant trees in my own area?

There should be an option that we can plant trees in our own area or country. some suggestion are here in this regard

1. If a plant trees more than 50 or 100  in kenya then after each new tree i plant in my own country.
2. A photo of planted tree with the location can be uploaded for proof.
3. Microsoft can pay half of the payment as a fraction of plantation cost in kenya. 
4. or there should be some prize in dollars or gift for the contributor who reach up to specific level (50 or 50 or 150 or 200 trees)
5. these suggestions may be considers for discussion or may be change as required.
