Can I automate Edge Chromium to open a page and print it to PDF?

I don't think this is a selenium question, but rather an automation question.

I'd like to open a number of documentation web pages, remove some redundant chrome tags from each of the documents and convert the resulting HTML documents to PDF.

Can I do this with MS Edge Chromium?
