Build an Azure AI Vision solution - Assessement Issue

Dear I am facing an issue taking the Build an Azure AI Vision Solution assessment, I tried three times and every time I need to wait 72 hours to be able to retake it. The issue is that I  am unable to see the lab page as below: I tried to change browser (Google and Edge), I tried to switch internet but didn't solve the problem. Please advise it is showing that i failed the exam three times knowing that I couldn't open the machine to take it.
