Bugs between iOS and Desktop versions

There is a reading list available on iOS but not on desktop. There is a collection feature on desktop but not on iOS. Unable to send websites form desktop to iOS. Unable to bookmark a page to folder other than mobile favorites on iOS. Unable to translate to language other than English on iOS when English is the displayed version of the app.
