bug: Title bar menu is not accessible via touchscreen
this repros in Chrome too so I filed it in the Chromium bug tracker https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1068031

Project & Community Manager - Microsoft Edge- I don't mean to be a pest but can you ask them to look at this one now? It's a P1 or P2, it's not some silly little P4 type of issue
