[Bug Report] Edge freezes when opening IE Mode page if accessibility options are enabled

Repro steps:
1. Open Edge

2. Navigate to edge://accessibility/ and enable all accessibility options

3. In a separate tab, open any IE Mode page

4. Observe that Edge freezes for some time (between 5 and 60 seconds) while some crashpad .dmp files are written

This issue has started occurring since Edge v90.
