Bug report - windows 11

Hey, i have noticed two bugs in the new version of windows :

1 - The battery icon : When the user is using the lap without the battery, and after a while, he plug-in his battery, then the battery icon (in the new gui panel sound, brightness) sometimes is not showing (bottom left)

2 - Notepad: i have enter the notepad and change the setting of 'opening files', i have changed the option to open files in new window, but when i try to open .txt file it's open twice (two tabs) in the same time.
