[BUG] PIP mode makes the tab much slower.

I'M USING LATEST CANARY  AS OF 75.0.132.0

PIP mode is working on most of the sites, but the noteworthy bug is that it makes the tab on which original video is present much slower.

All other tabs works perfectly while under the PIP mode , only the source tab on which original video is present works too too muvh slowly.

    About your issue, it seems to be working fine for me... Same performance on Chrome and Edge. I'm using the Dev Build (74.1.96.24)

      It's working fine on Dev but it got broken in latest canary
