[BUG] i assume this is a browser issue

when i hover over the nav on this page https://www.microsoftedgeinsider.com

the :hover CSS doesn't disappear when unhovered this only happens in Edge Dev build i have tested different browsers opera, chrome, etc.. even edge beta and canary.

im currently at: Version 78.0.244.0 (Official build) dev (64-bit)
