Browser Full Screen F11 Control

I would like to see the F11 Full Screen Control to stay in effect until revoked by another F11 command rather than having it reset when the Browser is closed. As in IE11, when the Browser is closed and re-opened, the Full Screen Control should stay in effect (until revoked).
