Bring back windows scrolling personality please!
This flag was removed in version 133, and the reason was influencing battery life. It doesn't make sense. Users can choose whether to turn on this feature, and it can improve the scrolling experience a lot.

Agreed, scrolling is probably the most used action in a browser and without windows scrolling personality it feels so slow and clunky. Please please please bring it back.
I agree. It can be disabled by default, but there must be an option to turn it on, at least in the flags. Scrolling experience could never be the same without it :(
