- paigebartholomewCopper ContributorBased on what you described, it seems like something might have crashed or glitched out. Here are a couple of things that might help:
Restart your PC: This might seem obvious, but sometimes a simple restart can clear things up.
Check for Updates: Make sure you have the latest Windows updates installed. Microsoft regularly releases updates that fix bugs and improve stability. You can check for updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
Boot into Safe Mode: If a normal restart doesn't work, try booting into Safe Mode. This loads Windows with only the basic drivers and programs needed to run. If you can access Windows in Safe Mode, it might help you narrow down the cause of the problem. You can find instructions for booting into Safe Mode with Windows 11 online.
If you're still having trouble after trying those steps, there are a few other things you can try, but they might involve a bit more technical know-how. If you get stuck, don't hesitate to search online for solutions specific to the error code you might have seen on the blue screen (if there was one). You can also try posting on the Microsoft support forums for further assistance.- kevomac12Copper Contributor
Yep, the usual suspects, hasn't happened again, but w/MS all bets are off!
