Bing Discover Button - Can't get rid of it
I can auto-hide the bar, but can't remove the icon. Am I just missing something or was this really designed with no way to remove it as well?

Correct. Microsoft decided not only to install it without our consent, but they made sure there was no way to remove OR disable it. Customers loovvveee when companies make decisions without consulting them. It's our favorite thing. It's how you get loyal customers... said no customer ever.
But good news: IT'S POSSIBLE TO REMOVE!
I had Microsoft Support walk me through it yesterday. It looks more complicated than it is. I didn't save what he said verbatim, but I did locate the steps on this page. If you ever decide to re-enable it (hahahaha hahaha ha....) you can just delete the DWORD you create?
