Big issue when press tab key on the form

I facing the issue when I pressed tab key to move to the next field.

"The whole" browser will shutdown (not only a specific tab).

happened to this website once https://www.getgo.com.ph/member/quick-enroll-login

On registration field "Nationality".

On other internal website once it was a dropdown list as well.
