Auto Save PDF

Currently, when I click on a PDF link in Edge, it does not open and I get a prompt at the bottom for "do you want to open or save xxxxxxx.pdf?  Is there a setting or policy that would bypass this prompt and automatically save the pdf when I click on it?  Thanks!
