Apps on device flag in edge 145 beta .

I would like to know about the apps on device flag that was introduced in Edge 145. I am running a web application that requires communication with a locally installed software. As per my information and knowledge, that requires the apps on device flag to be on and the local network flag to be allowed, but

1) When I am trying to search inside the settings of Edge, I am not able to find it at all. Please guide me on this, although I am able to find the local network flag:

Sites can ask to connect to any device on your local network.

2) When I am trying to open my app inside ServiceNow CRM, it is visible on the address bar info icon but not inside the setting when I open Permissions for this site.

3) When I allow Sites can ask to connect to any device on your local network, there are three options:

a) Local network

b) Local network access

c) Apps on device

Please guide me on this flag.
