Application Sidebar disappeared

Same here on both Stable and Dev. I have the option in Settings, Appearance. But it does nothing. KB shortcut does nothing. If I highlight text on a page I do get the Search in Sidebar option and it does work. But if I right click a tab I do not have the Add to Sidebar, just Add to Favorites and Collections. I see this is common from the posts. Any word on what we can do?
