Any options to script import of profiles/ creating new ones?

I have over 25 Chrome profiles on my machine due to having one per Office365 tenant that I manage and migrating all of these profiles over to edge is a time consuming job. Likewise creating new profiles is a bit time consuming.

I would love the ability to point Edge to all my profiles and import them in one go and also have the ability to create a script that would create a new profile, turn off the prompts to save passwords (thats what Lastpass is for), import a bookmark html that has all of my Office/Azure management bookmarks saved and show the favorite bar by default for the new profile.

Is there any documentation on scripting something like this (preferably in powershell)?
