Any chance of a compact mode? The titlebar / tab bar is HUUUUUGGGGEEEE !!
there is focus mode (needs to be enabled via flags), it removes the toolbar and is intended for more focused browsing.
HotCakeXThe UI does not scale very much, I'll post a picture of a lower resolution tablet later on that I have at home so you can see how huge this is on a lower resolution. Those bars literally take up 1/3 of the screen, especially since elements are scaled up. In my picture in my first post I'm only scaled up 150% because I like small text/UI, realistically my desktop should be scaled higher. In any case Firefox scales as well, so on any scale this is still larger than what Firefox has on it's normal mode, almost twice as big!
Personally I think arguments that some UI's are too small or others are too large are useless when the consumer is offered a choice, such as Firefox does. If someone thinks Firefox is too small in compact mode they simply have to go into settings and adjust it to normal mode, simple. I'm not asking for a permanent change, but rather an option.
It's just a shame to waste so much valuable space. The following is how it looks on a 4k screen at 300%, which is what Microsoft recommends for my setup. I measured it, it's almost 25% of the screen!
