Annoying popups/notifications

I've been getting a popup in the notifications area at the bottom right.  The first few were ads for porn sites then, for other things.

They all say Microsoft Edge Dev ibb.co on them.

How do I get rid of this?

    Go to Settings -> Autorisation ->Notifications ->Search for ibb.co and click on the 3 dot -> block.
