Always open PDF files externally
Is there a way to turn on the "Always open PDF files externally" via gpo or registry but allow users to turn off if they want? So far all I have found is a forced on or off.
any updates on this post? with the actual edge-version there is still no possiblity to handle this setting as "recommended".
may i ask, how did you handle this behavior? setting the classic GPO with mandatory?
We ended up setting it as a forced setting. Not ideal but we haven't run any issues because of it.
