Always have to sign-in.

Have you tried uninstalling, (delete user data asked during uninstall), and then reinstall?

- Please submit a feedback for this problem using the feedback button on Edge, it will send additional diagnostic data about your system so developers can take a look at it and fix any problems you're experiencing, I see how annoying it can be if it happened to me
As stated in my post, I have submitted feedback 3 times already.
I'm ready to go back to Chrome, and have suggested my clients do the same.
