Allow user to change scaling factor in-app for buttons & controls

I find it quite unpractical to use Microsft Edge Chromium on my 15' screen laptop as the controls appear very large, wasting a lot of space on screen (see below for a 1:1 screenshot of my entire screen). Will there be a feature to allow users to change the program's scaling factor in-app, affecting in particular buttons & other controls?
