After version 120 in Beta, Dev and Canary opening the developer tool does not work!

Update: Changing the Edge language to English solves the problem!

My language set is Portuguese Brazilian

After receiving version 120, I can no longer open the developer tool in the Beta, Dev, and Canary channels. I tested it on a computer running the Beta channel of Windows, as well as on the Dev and Canary channels.

I believe that's why other people weren't affected!
