After closing Edge, it opens again automatically

Websites can ask for extensions to be installed, if you click on links that can initiate extension install.
also, programs you install in your computer can install extensions, some of those programs are download managers, antiviruses etc.

Well, I know that extension. I know I installed it and I know what it does.
It's just I do not know why it causes this kind of weird behavior.
- Did you install it from Edge extension store?
- Yes I did.
- So see if there is a website or something to report the problem to the developer of it.
