Adding a Work Profile in Edge

I keep getting this same error message on various profiles that have previously worked fine. This is so bad that I have switched my default browser back to Chrome, where I have no problems like this. Google Chrome is actually nice in that it asks which account to use as soon as I start it. I just click on the account, and I am on my way. Microsoft Edge just won't let me log in anymore on any account but one.
