Add support for Passphrases in Edge the Password Manager

The current password generator in Microsoft Edge is constrained to a limited number of characters and a fixed length. But depending on a person's needs, one might prefer to have a shorter password with a more varied character set or a longer one with randomly chosen words (like a passphrase). So, adding customization options for the Password Generator will help make it more practical and accessible for a wider audience.
