Add "Sound playback" to Site Permissions

Hey,

it would be great if i could prevent sites from playing audio. I understand there is a control for auto-playback and a "mute tab" (used to be a mute site option in chrome a while ago) but both of these don't solve the problem.

If you use Instagram and watch your friends stories on the web its especially reminding that that option used to be there since some sites "optimize" the sound playback for mobiles which sounds terrible on computers.
