Add Scrolling Deceleration.
Hi,
I have always appreciated a smoothe scrolling experience in my browser. This new Cromium Edge appears to be making the scrolling smootheness a high priority. However, there is a fairly abrupt stop at the end of scrolling. I beleive Safari has a nice scroll deceleration at the end of scrolling.
Could new CR Edge add a scrolling deceleration feature? I mean, just at the end of scrolling, have a smoother decelereation at the end. Perhaps this could be adjustable in the settings. "Scrolling End -> Quick , Medium, Slow "

Scrolling is one of the areas that the Microsoft Edge team is looking to contribute back to the Chromium project and help make all browsers based on Chromium better.
