Add old Edge 'Favourite Bar Folders' functionality
Haven't used Chrome in a very long time so was rather surprised when clicking on a folder in the favourites bar caused it to open it's whole contents as separate tabs. I much preferred it when it produced a drop down context menu allowing you to pick what website you wanted to open.

A restart has appeared to fix the problem now however just after the initial install it was opening all the websites in folders when clicked on the Favourites Bar. Guess this is a bug which will be hard to replicate but confusing for first time users.
- When I click a folder in my Favorites bar i get the drop down list like before.
