About the UI when the default settings of the popup are applied by GPO

We are using a GPO to block popups.

If we set the popup default setting to block, the popup allow list registered on the client will not work.

We think that this specification is confusing to users and should be improved.

Specifically, if the GPO is blocking pop-ups for all sites, I think the settings should be grayed out to prevent users from registering the site in the allow list.
