About the new dev tool

Question

Wondering whether it is normal:Latency frequently occurred when key-value had changed already, yet dev tool tab of local storage stayed the old set.&nbsp;My preference for the dev tool is Simplified Chinese, incidentally.(Reckon it should not bother though)
