A Weird Inconsistency!
Here, y'all can ponder this: In 18362 Bing.com in Dev & Canary are identical; no surprise there. BUT, in 18999, look at the difference in the Menu bar... 3 items are missing in Canary. ...
Ok, here's the explanation. If, the Bing window is a certain narrowness the 3 items disappear OR if it's wide enough, they are there. Applies to all Channels. And, it's meaningless whether on 18362 or an IB. BTW, current Edge does the same.
