A strange BUG of Edge Dev Insider

Today I met a strange BUG of Edge Dev Insider( Version:84.0.495.2) for unknown reasons when I star the reinstalled Edge brower.

 When I star the software, it's Start page is a default image not the image which I selected.Wrong Star PageMy previous star page
