[A Big Missing/Broken Feature] Browser can't be used in KIOSK mode?!!!!

Deleted MissyQ  There is KIOSK mode in window 10 (under assigned access in accounts settings),  Classic Edge is working fine in that mode, while New edge is not working.    Edge & Window Version: ...

    hussain5416 We just released Kiosk mode recently, and https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/DeployEdge/microsoft-edge-configure-kiosk-mode for it. Hopefully that addresses your use case, but if not, Adrian_Guta may be able to help.

This is not a solution, just a workaround.....1.) Since Browser is Microsoft's,..... 2.) It's listed in list of apps in official settings..... 3.) Older version (classic edge) is working fine.
It should be fixed. Thanks for the info though.

    So since this is how Windows 10 is designed and has nothing to do with a specific program like Edge, upvote this suggestion feedback, hopefully they will consider letting us choose Win32 programs as kiosk app from the settings UI.

    It's not about browser. it's about UWP and Win32.
    that's not the workaround, that's the solution Microsoft provided for Win32 programs. just because the option is not in the UI and you have to use command line doesn't mean that it's a workaround.

      Dude you totally misunderstood, Actually I should've been more specific, my bad.
      What I meant is Since Microsoft is replacing classic edge with chromium edge, and also new chromium edge is listed in kiosk mode app list, it should've been working fine. But it's not (coz of win32 obviously) , So Microsoft should fix this. Either don't show browser in list or fix it.

        Where? I have both Edge stable and Dev installed on Windows 10 2004 and I don't see the new Edge in the list in Windows 10 settings. send screenshot?
