1 thing that will keep me from being a full edge chrome user

Have spent the last two months trying to make new edge my go to browser, one major things keep me jumping back to firefox:

1. No drop down for the address bar, I know this just how chrome works and its a design choice I will never understand. I don't want to type out the site I go to a lot, just want to hit the bar and select it nor do I want a whole cluttered bar showing all of my sites on the top

Also can I use this time to say how terrible bing is at finding any info? I wish I could just deploy the new edge to default to google search without needing to create a file that has to sit on server that edge to not use bing
