[ Maybe a Bug? ] The wrong position of the first tab-hover preview card

Version: 87.0.658.0 (canary)&nbsp;I noticed that the preview card of the first tab-hovered have a wrong position than other tabs, like below screenshots:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I think the right way is all hovered tabs can show their preview at the correct position.&nbsp;And...this Canary version changed the position of Show Vertical Tabs button, moved to Address &amp; Toolbar from top-tab bar.

Maybe they left it for vertical tabs. Maybe.

Hello&nbsp;witherzuo&nbsp;&nbsp;My guess is that this feature comes from chromium and the microsoft edge team hasn't looked at it yet
