Probably a similar issue with Netflix subtitles

1. does the google chrome browser installed on chrome book provide more features than the chrome browser installed on Windows OS? like does it provide 1080p on chromebook?
2. you can virtualize chromebook OS on Hyper-V without even spending money on a new machine.

- I forgot to ask, is the current built-in Edge the only platform that supports 1080p or 4k for netflix? how about the Netflix app in Windows 10 store?
