Forum Discussion
Welcome to the Microsoft Edge Insiders community
I am not sure this is the right place to post a question. I tried but could not find any forum dedicated to Chromium Edge.
I started to use Chromium Edge on May 16 when the classic Edge stopped working (it could not load Twitter page). The experience had been great until today when I am no longer able to open Chromium Edge.
I am wondering if anyone could offer a tip on how to diagnose this or the best place to post such question?
I have restarted my computer twice to no avail.

Yes, this is the right place.
There's a few things bothering me in your note. If I have it right, you are say the Edge we have now, that your'e calling "Classic" quit working, in so much that it suddenly would not load Twitter so you 'switched'* to Edge C. And, now, suddenly, today that won't open, either. What did you use to write this note, here in the forum? Edge, Edge C, the same computer or a different one? There may be something deeper afoot, but, for now... can you please try removing Edge C, Dev or Canary, whichever you have, then go https://www.microsoftedgeinsider.com/en-us/download & download it & re-install it. Report back on the behavior after that is done, please & thank you.
*We can run Edge C, as well as Edge, right now, not instead of Edge. Testing right now not, replacing, yet.
If your issue with Edge is more than just Twitter... Right now, Edge & Edge C run in or on a machine in very different ways. Edge is part of the OS, Edge C is not. And if your Edge is not working (right, you may need to do a Reset on your machine. But, see what happens after you R&R Edge C. That's the easiest 1st step.

Edge (Chromium) is not starting for me either after the latest update. :S
I click the icon on the taskbar and even tried searching for it in the start menu and launching from there, but none of them open and the process is not even running in Task Manager.

Remove & re-install Edge C. > Settings > Apps & Features & then > https://www.microsoftedgeinsider.com/en-us/download & reload.

Justin Philip It's a known issue. See here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Discussions/Issues-with-today-s-Dev-channel-update-to-76-0-167-0/m-p/642574#M3894

Justin Philip Exactly the same here.
The only way to open it is click New InPrivate Window, but I do not know how to switch to a normal window from a InPrivate window.
I have cleared cache twice.
