Will there be plans for controlling Microsoft Edge (Chromium) via Group Policy? How do we get involved in knowing what that will look like? Elliot Kirk
Magdev+1 for the Group Policies. We are very much awaiting the new Edge but for management reasons in a rather big network we need to have Group Policies including policies for the planned IE-Tab.
And - important for automatic installations - please provide an MSI instead of a Setup.exe (or besides...)
- Yes, we will be talking more about the group policy story soon. I think that this forum will be the place where we introduce those features as they are released. Do you have any specific concerns or needs from a management perspective, Magdev?
Forcing safe searches is an important management option for our school district. We would also like to have a way to control which extensions are or are not available for install by student users. Elliot Kirk
