It has to be there, never mind what colour it is.
Anyway, I want to point out something. Not only is translation with its icon show with Edge for pages, BUT, there is another ability in Edge that, so far, we are not seeing in Edge C. That is its ability to translate highlighted pieces of text in a Rt Clk menu, Translate text into English. This, also, needs to exist or be kept in Edge C. See the snip below of Edge.
