Nothing is more representative of the hate and disgust that microsoft products create than the edge insider tech community.
A lot of the comments here are of frustration and negativity, and instead of listening to users, we get this "tone deaf" frequent feedback list.
With regards to the new "feedback community", microsoft had an old "feedback" community that got lots and lots of feedback. In the end, it became a graveyard of complaints and frustrated users, because features were not delivered, bugs did not get fixed (even worse, products were released with no testing and planning), and what the community actually asked for was not implemented.
In the end the products got so much hate and disgust that they had to kill it.
This community will die, just like the old feedback forums, and just like the insiders community.
