Question: where should we look to find and activate the new feature "always open favorites in new tab"?

it's a toggle in edge://settings/appearance right under "Show favorites bar".
But as MissyQ mentioned it's still in roll out phase, so it can take a few days until you get it. Like me for example, I can see it on one machine but not on the other one.
