MissyQ What actually happened with the Tab Scrolling Feature from Chromium 90 or 91? Is it not coming to Edge? It is actually a very useful feature as it not only allows to make the Tabstrip scrollable but also lets you define a minimum width for Tabs.
In my opinion it makes it much easier to handle windows with an huge amount of tabs without switching to vertical tabs.
