MissyQ Thank you for removing the "news alerts" for people who have selected "content off" for their new tabs page. This is an improvement from the very distracting and unwanted experience introduced a few weeks ago when the news alerts were introduced.
I see that in this patch that the speed of the new tabs page was improved. It does seem to be slightly better, but it's still not as fast as the ultimate, most-secure, best-internationalized, least-distracting, and most eco-friendly new-tab page: `about:blank`. Please allow us to use `about:blank` as our new tab page and save the Earth and some of your users' sanity. Thank you!
