Dennis5mile I'm on Stable 90.0.818.49, and I do see the flag: edge://flags/#edge-sleeping-tabs-immediate-timeout. Note that I have not tried using it, though.

I'm on Canary, Version 92.0.871.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit). And it is nowhere in this version or the last maybe 14 versions of Canary... Keep in mind that Canary gets updated daily.
