We have a couple of such PDF with XFA-based forms in our company and users always receive this message when opening PDF in internal PDF viewer:

stesch79 Fully agree. We have many users with this problem and file needs to be downloaded and opened in Adobe Acrobat or Reader. However, we try to build flows where they can stay in Edge browser. It would be great if these forms could be displayed.

Alright, I have just noticed that XFA is basically deprecated since 2017 in PDF 2.0 standard (https://www.pdflib.com/pdf-knowledge-base/pdf-20/deprecated-features/)
