disabled my ad blocker, watched all the ads before and after, video finished and swtiched to a next one, no crash.

have you tried disabling your hardware acceleration? don't remember if you have

Erik, I'll admit I did not let the BBC vid go to its end, BUT,

I just tried the link you asked me to try. This time I did let the vid go to its end. Nothing crashed. Was done using Dev. I, still, do know which, Channel(s) you are using.

erikvp FWIW, I visited the site with all three builds: Canary, Dev, and Beta. The video (and ads) played perfectly in all three. Beginning to end. This is not to naysay, but to give information to help sleuth out the problem.

    erikvp Erik, I know from being on here that you're fairly adept and knowledgeable, so I hesitate to throw out suggestions. But, did you try uninstalling, along with all user data, and then reinstalling? Also, which channel are you having problems with? All of them?
