Thanks for reporting that. This is unexpected. Refreshing the tab does not help? Or closing the tab/browser? Please do file a feedback in any case.

Closing it at first didn’t help. I opened a different file and was able to get it back!

    Marxen97   I've found the bug appears when i resize the window.  the toolbar goes away; never to return until edge is closed and opened.  i.e. it shows up when edge is maximized; and the goes away on a reszie.  BUG!
